To place an order, please click on "link with brand cigar". You will be automatically moved to
our virtual store, where you can see picture and more info. The item will be added to a virtual shopping cart where you can choose to pay or shop for more. If you choose to shop
for more, you can always complete the order by clicking on "check out".
Upon approval of your order you will receive an auto notice via e-mail of your orders cost including
shipping, name, address & telephone number of recipient.
In the extremely unlikely event you are not satisfied with the quality of the cigars that we ship to
you, please e-mail usand we will
make every effort to correct the problem. If you are not satisfied with what propose to resolve
the problem, please ship the cigars (unsmoked in orginal box)
back to us and we will issue you a full refund.
We gaurantee that the cigars we ship to you will arrive in good condition. And if they don't you
can contact us and we will correct the situation immediately. All of our cigars are stored in a
warehouse size humidor which is monitored every hour for humidity and termperature. From the
time they arrive at our door until we hand them to the shipping department, the cigars are in a
climate controlled environment. In addition, we carefully pack each order to assure that the
cigars remain in the best condition possible.
We utilize the US Postal Service as our preferred shipper, due to it's low rates, 7 day availability
and flexibility. All orders are shipped 2-3 day priority unless overnight shipping is requested.
All credit information submitted is done so in a secure, encrypted manner. Data is encrypted as
it travels from your browser to our servers, and remains encrypted on our servers.
We do not rent, lease or sell our mailing list, or any other customer information, to anyone.
